Public transport - How to get to Meinerzhagen
From Cologne, the RB25, via Overath, Engelskirchen and Gummersbach, runs hourly in the direction of Meinerzhagen. Coming from the Ruhrgebiet, take the RB52 from Dortmund, via Herdecke and Hagen, and change in Brügge (Westfalen) to the RB25 in the direction of Meinerzhagen. At Meinerzhagen station there is a direct connection to the regional bus service.Here Meinerzhagen is connected to the public transport network of the MVG (Märkische Verkehrsgesellschaft), which covers the entire area in the Märkischer Kreis and to the Verkehrsbetriebe Westfalen-Süd for the Olpe district (Lister - and Biggesee).

You can reach Meinerzhagen via the A45 (Sauerlandlinie), exit Meinerzhagen (BAB 16). From the freeway exit it is less than 5 minutes drive before you reach the center of Meinerzhagen. The B54 also leads through Meinerzhagen, which is the connection to Dortmund in the north and to Olpe in the south. Coming from the east (Attendorn) you reach Meinerzhagen via the L539, from the west (Marienheide) via the L306.
